Transcription should be asatte not myougonichi.
明後日 could be read as みょうごにち or あさって.
I would use あさって more often, I think みょうごにち could be used in a formal situation.

Good to know, thank you. I think though that for most people learning Japanese 'asatte' would probably be the preferred transcription.
