Is it obvious from the original sentence in Japanese that the baby is "hers"?

I have translated "the baby" and not "her baby" into Spanish, although my first option was "a baby"...

誰の赤ん坊かは明記されていないので、自分の子(赤ちゃん)なのか、他人の子(赤ちゃん)なのかは分かりません。どちらでも、大丈夫そうです。

The original contains 「彼女」now, so there's not such a problem anymore. Anyway, the Spanish translation still works fine this way.
