Space missing from between the sentences.

The latter also seems a bit out of place. Perhaps rather: "Thank you for taking the trouble to prepare your delicious meals.", "Thank you for the delicious meals that you went to the trouble of making", or "Thank you for your delicious meals and for having gone to the trouble to prepare them."
