Hi, for the Catalan translation it should be "Sempre diu el mateix."

I was going to comment the same, but on searching the DNV to make sure, I got forwarded to 'sempre' from 'siempre' so I assume they use it in Valencian. I don't have much exposure to Valencian so I can't be certain.

I expect it to be a mistake.
If we can trust her profile, she's from Andorra. So, she may be speaking Northwestern Catalan.
While analyzing her sentences here, I noticed that she almost always used "sempre" instead of "siempre". So it might indeed be a mistake. However, I'm still not 100% sure.
