Hola! Para mí la frase más natural sería:

"Algún día lo encontraré"

Si me confirmas que en México es habitual y no es un error, añadiré la alternativa :P

Si, de hecho me faltó poner "lo", pero como Ido especifica el género, tuve que especificar que fuera "él", Desgraciadamente para nosotros el castellano tiene muchos dialectos y deben de haber diferencias entre el castellano de tu país y el del mío.

Hola! Coincido contigo en las diferencias del castellano entre un país y otro, pero en todo caso, en este tipo de frases "lo" puede ser casi exclusivamente masculino(a menos que hablemos de encontrar "algo".

De todas formas, como dices, la misma oración, con "lo" y "a él" queda solucionada :P
