unlink "He laid on his back." ??
hahaha At first, I didn't understand WHY you wanted that sentence unlinked... if "låg" is the past tense of "ligga".
But yes, you are right. Officially "laid" is from "lay", a transitive verb. However, in common speech, "lay" and thus "laid" are used instead of "lie" and "lay", respectively. It is ridiculous, I know. But, it IS the way MANY native speakers talk.
I am unlinking "He laid on his back". We already have a link to the correct English translation, and I don't see any need to link to an inferior one.
