Look for sample tests and practice materials online. Figure out your weaknesses and study hard to overcome them. You can look up translations between english and your language that have been provided by nice people, but in general this is a database not a crash course. If you are confident in your english skills you are free to go ahead and translate into your language as some sort of practise.

You could check out the site Lang-8 ( http:://lang-8.com ). You can submit blog entries, and people will correct your mistakes.
