Oh, dear! I just became responsible for mislabeling some 12 sentences! First, I translated a sentence from German to Spanish. Then, I fetched a list of Spanish sentences that had not been translated into English yet, and went to work, translating about 12 of them. I did not notice that my target language was still set as Spanish! So, according to Tatoeba, I was translating from Spanish to Spanish--and my new English sentences (my translations) are now appearing as English sentences misclassified as Spanish! Can somebody tell me how to straighten this out, please? Or else could somebody who has the power fix it? Thanks, and sorry for the mistake--the UI is new to me.
That's not a big problem. You are able to change the language flag of any of your sentences. You can do so by opening a sentence and clicking on the flag and choosing another language (in this case: English).
Thank you! Is there also, by any chance, a way that I, as a mere user, can delete my own sentence if I duplicated a previous sentence by mistake? For instance, suppose I am translating Spanish sentences (not my own) into English, and, by mistake, I write a new English translation that actually duplicates an already existing English translation. (The previous one might also be my own, or perhaps written by somebody else.) Can I delete my new sentence so as to prevent duplication? Thanks!
There is no need to do it. Duplicated sentences will be deleted automatically. Horus (Sentences deduplication bot) will take care of it.
Great! Thanks!
