I noticed many Turkish sentence examples found here that are also found in the "Sesli Sözlük" iPhone app. For example, search for the word "confirmation":
"Hesabınız aktif edildikten sonra bir yöneticiden onaylama e-postası alacaksınız. - You will receive a confirmation email after your account has been activated by an administrator."
Looks like the creators of that app may have been using sentences from Tatoeba.
They indeed do so. There are many English sentences along with their Turkish translations taken from Tatoeba.
I couldn't see any credits given to Tatoeba under the CC-BY 2.0.
