Vous faites semblant de ne pas comprendre pour me contredire, ou bien, si vous êtes de bonne foi, alors c'est peut-être encore une différence régionale, car pour moi, la phrase est très claire. On cherche la deuxième rue, et il faut aller après celle-là.

vous dites encore une fois n'importe quoi.
« aller après une rue » n'est pas français, quelque soit la région. Ça saute aux yeux que c'est une traduction littérale d'une autre langue. La vôtre, sans doute...

En français, on dirait : « Dirigez-vous au nord et après la deuxième rue, vous y serez. »
