The Japanese omitted subject is "I".
90% It means (私はあなたに)9時に来て欲しい.
10% It means (私はあなた方に or 彼に or 彼らに or 彼女に or 彼女らに)9時に来て欲しい.

私のミスでした。言葉を間違って、「主語」ではありませんでした。 I used the wrong word with 'subject'.

It should have been obvious, really, as the subject of both "I'd like to come at nine" and "I'd like to come at nine." is "I".

Anyway, it's either "I'd like you to come at nine." or "I'd like (him/her/them) to come at nine.". It's not "I'd like to come at nine."

Right?
