If this is an actual truth — possible, is it? — should it still be deleted?

It can be true, why not?

Well, I'd prefer "I have an..."

Doesn't sound very sanitary, either way.

The British could say "I've got" as well, in my opinion.

There are towels, painted with stars and stripes, like American flag. And everybody is free to decide which part of one's body he or she will treat with those towels.
As I know Muslims need towels to dry their asses after toilet, cause they don't use a toilet paper, but wash their asses with water after toilet. So, they need a towel for drying it. It's just a perfect example of difference between different cultures.

When you put it that way, it doesn't sound as bad. Thanks. It seems that all of this user's sentences are flagged as untrusted because the user hasn't stated his/her native language and posts sentences in multiple languages.

Censorship is censorship, and I don't agree that sentences should be deleted just because they might express an unpopular or potentially offensive idea. I don't take offense to this one, but does anti-American sentiment help people to learn languages?

We could put the rule like "sentences, that say bad things about any country, should be deleted", but in that case we should delete not only Anti-American sentences, but many setences, that say bad things about another countries.
And some people make such sentences even about their own countries.

Let me copy a little part of guidelines of Tatoeba:

Don't submit sentences that will antagonize contributors or readers.
Sentences in this category include but are not limited to those that:
- insult others due to their gender, ethnicity, color, sexual orientation, political affiliation, or other membership in a group
- attack other Tatoeba contributors for whatever reason, such as a difference of opinion over what constitutes a legal sentence; such matters should be discussed elsewhere
- insult languages or countries

I'd suggest deleting this one.
