Hi Selena,

It's like that:
If you say "please" at the beginning of the sentence, there's no need for a comma:
Please give me a glass of water.

If, on the other hand, you wish to add "please" at the end of a sentence, then you need to add a comma before it:
No more bets, please.
A glass of wine, please.
