
I'm struggling to see what this could mean. In this sentence structure "job" seems to be the abstract, invisible "employment", which can't take "beautiful" (at least not in my dialect). In a sense of the form "he did a great job" I think beautiful would work.
I see two options here, depending on the nuance of the French and Italian. Either they're talking about "a work" (a piece of art etc) of they're talking about a "lovely job".
