Questa traduzione non è del tutto corretta in quanto "sentenza" in italiano non corrisponde all'inglese "sentence", cui traduzione più corretta sarebbe frase!
"Questa non è una sentenza." is best translated "This is not a jugdement" in English. Translating "sentence" into "sentenza" is WRONG. That's an example of it-en false cognate. Please remove that sentence :)
Of course, @brauchinet is right that the English word "sentence" encompasses both the meaning of a court judgment and of a grammatically complete expression that has both a subject and a predicate, but in a short sentence like "This is not a sentence," there is insufficient context to prevent ambiguity. Shakespeare had lots of fun with such double meanings and with homonymy.
