I don't think this really merits an "OK" tag -- the use of "will" seems inappropriate in this case. "I'm glad you're coming" is the only thing that sounds natural to me.

I have done, but I still think that this is a strange-sounding sentence in English.

"Will" is only normally used for an on-the-spot decision or a statement of probability. As the speaker of this sentence is reacting to someone else's settled plan, it should really be the present continuous.
