Languages: English, Esperanto, German, French, Spanish
Mother tongue: German, (at least according to Canadian law)
Language of habitual use: English, might as well call it the mother tongue.
Attended School of Translators, Laurentian University, Sudbury Canada. Major French and German.
My French is now only passive since I haven't used it for 40 years.
I have a good passive knowledge of Spanish which I studied at Ryerson University. My claim to fame is that I published 2 books in Esperanto, both novels by Hermann Hesse, translated from German.
I'm also a volunteer tutor for the Free Esperanto Course in 10 lessons. You can sign up here: http://pacujo.net/esperanto/course/
