Sometimes, a sentence has multiple indirect translations that I want to make into direct translations. The problem is that after linking each one, the list snaps to a smaller size again (with a clickable "Show x more translations" bar) and the full list of translations is hidden. Thus, I often have to reopen the full list of translations.

I realize that this "snapping shut" behavior may be desired by some people, at least in some situations, because they generally don't want to link multiple sentences and don't want these lists to take up space after one link has been made. But I personally would prefer for a list to stay open once it has been opened unless I explicitly click on the link to close it.

If you link sentences frequently, what is your preference regarding this behavior?

(Note that I've written a ticket about this: https://github.com/Tatoeba/tatoeba2/issues/798 .)

Indeed, that is the difference. I could disable that option, too, but I find it useful to have the full lists hidden until I choose to open one. After that, I'd like it to stay open.
