There needs to be an article before 'uniform'. "Do you wear a uniform?" or "Do you wear the uniform?"
It is used in books, I will unadopt the sentence, so native speakers will decide https://www.google.com/search?t...+wear+uniform"
My apologies, it seems this usage is correct, according to my dictionary.
