This sentence is a correction by a Japanese friend of one that I wrote to him in an email.
I checked your profile to know if you are a native Japanese speaker. But no indications...

実際は僕は話すのは下手です。could be acceptable for other Japanese, but I feel there are too much "は" in the sentence.
I would say 実際、僕は話すのが下手です。 and also 実際、僕は話すのは下手です。could be fine.

I think "実際と言えば" doesn't sound natural. I would say 実は、実を言うと, 実のところ, 実際のところ, 本当は or 本当のところ for "actually".
