"漢字は愛してる?"
Could you make a translation? I can't figure out what this means

「は」is used to show contrast to some other thing that is not mentioned. Normally, one would use 「を」. 「している」 is shortened to the more colloquial「してる」.
漢字は愛してる? sounds odd to me.
To match the English sentence, I would say 漢字は大好きですか。or casually say 漢字は大好き?
「愛してる」 is what a child might say...
I don't think so. 愛してる is usually used between a man and a woman.
Sometimes people use 愛してる for other things like a hometown, a family, but I'm sure most of them are adults.

Actually, I can't imagine the situation what this Japanese would be used.
I've heard some learners of Japanese say "I love Kanji." but I'm not sure people would ask them "Do you love kanji?".
