in my perception, "queasy" is "flau" but not "ganz flau"...
obviously there are nuances in the gradation.
http://www.thefreedictionary.com/queasy says "unwohl"...and traditional French translation is "mal à l'aise" which is pretty mild...
It is unclear what difference is made in German between "flau" and "ganz flau", then...
My dictionnary says "flau" is "pas très bien"
