"Programme" dans ce sens est un anglicisme pour le français "émission". Amoins que vous ne vouliez parler de revues comme "Télé 7 jours" ou "Télé Z", qui eux sont des programmes.

Le problème est que la phrase originale était : "Qual è il tuo programma televisivo preferito?". Alors je ne sais pas trop quoi faire...

Y a un allemand qui a écrit dans une autre phrase "Sendung" pour "émission" et non "Program". C'est une question de choix, moi dans la vie de tous les jours, j'évite de dire "programme" même si d'autres le disent.
