"御兄弟" is a polite way of "siblings" and not used to refer to the speaker's relatives, so I suggest changing "my" to "his" or "her."

BTW, how do you feel about the 私は and 私の? I feel they are not needed, but maybe they're OK here.
"御兄弟を説得して、私の案をやっと受け入れてもらった。" would be better.
"受け入れさせた(forced to accept)" is not polite and is unnatural with "御兄弟."
