Votre connaissance de l'anglais est sans conteste bien supérieure à la mienne, et je ne le dis pas par flagornerie, car c'est vraiment le cas. Pourriez-vous me dire ce que signifie "That problem has really got me." ?
Cela nous permettrait de proposer une phrase équivalente en français, et de modifier celle que vous et moi ne comprenons pas (qui est d'ailleurs la copie conforme de la traduction française proposée par Google !)

Je pense que la traduction italienne est la bonne : ça veut dire que le problème m'a laissé perplexe / sans réponse / sans solution

Il m'a laissé pantois...

Je ne sais pas exactement quelle traduction je choisirais, c'est pour ça que je ne m'y suis pas collé...
