Isn't SIDA, AIDS in English and VIH, HIV?
I honestly have rarely heard "tengo VIH", always "tengo SIDA" or if you have no symptoms "soy seropositivo", that's why I translated it this way, but as I've seen there's a slight difference I'll change it.
