Where is it spoken, @rul?
"Yous" or "youse" has pretty widespread use, from certain dialects of North American English to Irish, Australian, New Zealand, and even South African dialects, according to Wiktionary. I've heard it in American, Australian, and Irish English.
It means "you (plural)" obviously.
Thanks.
No problem.
@rul, maybe you could add a tag for that, so other people know that this is not a typo but dialect. That would be helpful.
