I'm sorry and I'm sad may be different in English. But in Turkish we say I'm sorry(excuse me, pardon) when we make a mistake. I mean, "üzgünüm" means "excuse me" or "pardon" Why do you want me to unlink it? "I'm sorry" means "üzgünüm", "affedersiniz", pardon."
