não sou residente português, talvez não sei, màs para mi, a frase não se diz.
é "consegui _a ter_ um emprego"

"Consegui a ter um emprego" não é português... Quem consegue consegue alguma coisa (um emprego), o que torna a preposição desnecessária. O verbo "ter" é supérfluo nesta frase.
