"Remuer ciel et terre" est une expression consacrée.

Nous pouvons ajouté un tag à cette phrase :) qu'est-ce que tu proposes?

Je ne sais pas... on ne peut pas transformer tous les commentaires en tags.
Je voulais dire que "remuer ciel et terre" est une expression toute faite, une "locution verbale" cf. http://fr.wiktionary.org/wiki/locution
Je ne sais pas l'exprimer en anglais.

Je crois que le bon mot serait: "idiom" ou "Idiomatic expression"

http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/idiom

oui, "idiom" est le bon terme

oui en plus le tag idiom existe déjà :)
