I am not sure about Japanese, but
in Russian it is NOT a BIG snowball
in Esperanto and in English it IS a BIG snowball
can someone help me to make them consistent (by editing some of them) ?

The way things work here is that you leave a comment like you did, and the owner of the sentence will correct it. If that doesn't happen within 2 weeks, then a corpus maintainer will make the change.
Note that also if the problem is the Russian sentence, then the comment should go on the Russian sentence. The Russian sentence is only an indirect translation of this one.
