
I don't think so. I am not sure, but if "ぬくもり" does not have any special meaning in this case, the true meaning of this sentence should be "No matter where I look for, I cannot find anything that resembles warmth".
This could have a wide meaning, in both a more material way (the place is cold) or hold a more abstract reference to the lack of "human warmth" --> that is to the speaker feeling isolated or alone.
