Kion estas la subjekto de tiu frazo? -> Kio estas la subjekto en tiu frazo?

Temas pri esprimmaniero tre ofte uzata en epo.
Ĉar ne estas subjekto, la a-vorto (adjektivo) iĝas e-vorto. -> Hodiaŭ estas trankvile.
Se mi uzus "tio", pri kiu "tio" temus? Ĉar oni ne scias, kio okazigas la tedaĵon, oni ne bezonas subjekton.
Cetere estas aliaj frazoj sen subekto. Pluvis dum la tuta nokto. Ĉi-vintre ne multe neĝis.

se mi estas parolantoj de SOV- aŭ OSV-strukturo lingvo, mi komprenas ke "mi" estas la subjekto, kaj komprenas ne mi la senco de frazo tiu...ĉu ne ?

Ĝi devus esti -> "Mi enuas" (sed la frazo jam ekzistas), aŭ "Estas al mi enuige", denove sen subjekto, sen kun e-formo.
Enuigi signifus, ke mi enuigas iun alian. Ne tion diras la frazo.
