
At least in American usage, pluralizing capital letters or acronyms does NOT need an apostrophe. Hence, GMOs, WMDs, Ps and Qs. I doubt that "i's" and "t's" are comprehensible without apostrophes unless, God forbid, it's "i"s and "t"s we're after, let alone is or ts.
