I just corrected it from "enable" to "enables", but if someone knows Japanese, could they please let me know whether the Japanese sentence is in past tense and therefore whether it needs to say "enabled"?

Yes, the Japanese is past tense

OK, changed to be past tense in English as well. I had guessed it might be past tense in Japanese because of the -seta ending, but I didn't know enough Japanese to be sure. Thanks for your help!
