どうして「全校生徒」に翻訳されましたか?
「全校」のは十分だいいと思います。

Why was it translated 「全校生徒」? I think 「全校」is enough.

Pourquoi la traduction est-elle 「全校生徒」? Je pense que 「全校」 est suffisant.

Vu que c'est une phrase du Tanaka Corpus, c'est possible que la traduction soit un peu maladroite.

Toi qui es au Japon, tu peux peut-être demander à des gens autour de toi pour savoir si la phrase avec 全校生徒 sonne bizarre ou non, et si remplacer par 全校 sonnerait mieux.
Si c'est mieux avec 全校, alors tu peux adopter la phrase japonaise et modifier 全校生徒 en 全校.

Je viens de demander.
En fait, 「全校生徒」est correct si tout les élèves ont accepté la proposition.
Mais si c'est toute l'école ce serait mieux de dire 「学校の皆が」 .
Ma proposition de 「全校」voudrait dire "Toute l'école" dans le sens "tout le systeme scolaire", "toute les ecoles du japon".

I don't understand French...

but I think 「全校生徒」 is better.

Yes, sugisaki, you're right.
We should have written the translation to let people know we agreed on 「全校生徒」.
I apologize for this.
