What does the tag "tomorrow" mean?

# --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
That tomorrow 14 days will pass and we'll be able to change the sentence?

BTW, are you sure Tatar really belongs here?
Tatar ‘ber’ is a numeral, not an article. I've added it because Chinese has it, but I’m not sure it should be linked with English.

In Uyghur, "bir" can be used to mean "one", but also to mean "a" (even in English, it's practically the same meaning). I suspect the same for the other Turkic languages. I doubt there's an emphasis on the number 1.

Well, I think if Tatar can be linked with English, then Russian can be too. :)

But I mean, yea, check your book (or ask Tatars?)
I would say that it's very likely that they're used the same way across the different languages.

I’m pretty sure it’s not an article, like Turkish ‘bir’.
Here’s what the grammar on suzlek.ru says:
> Некоторые количественные числительные, кроме выражения
> идеи отвлеченного числа и количественного признака предмета,
> употребляются и в других значениях. В этом отношении особо
> выделяются числительные ber ‘один’, biş ‘пять’, cide ‘семь’
> и qırıq ‘сорок’.
