Te equivocas. "El" funciona como determinante de "primero", que es núcleo del sintagma que ambos forman.

Claro que se puede omitir. Yo diría que es más bien una decisión personal de cada usuario y no de la región de cada uno, aunque podría ser también esto último. ¿De dónde eres tu? Yo soy andaluz, de Málaga.

Ahora entiendo, por eso es recomendable llenar el perfil con algunos datos, ya que hay variaciones del español. Yo soy Argentina y acá hablamos un poco diferente. :)

Acabo de verlo, habla muy bien pero no me sorprende porque ha vivido 4 años en Argentina. Qué raro, no dijo "boludo" ni una vez, jajaja :)
