This sounds like Sakrej dialect to me (KGT p. 24); I think {SoH nIHDaq, SoH poSDaq} would be better than {nIHlIjDaq, poSlIjDaq}.
qatlho', I'm confused. vIlughmoHta'.
Do you have "Klingon for the Galactic Traveler"? On page 24, it explains some differences in grammar between Standard Klingon and the dialect used in the Sakred region.
One of the differences is that in expressions such as "behind me", Standard Klingon uses {jIH 'em} (I area-behind) while Sakrej dialect uses {'emwIj} (my area-behind).
The page only mentioned {'em} and {bIng} specifically but it probably applies to {tlhop}, {'et}, {Dung} as well... and maybe also to {poS} and {nIH}.
("Behind the door" is {lojmIt 'em} in both Standard Klingon and Sakrej dialect.)
