"is numbered" matches the Japanese. If the German or French are "will be numbered" then they need to be unlinked (or changed).

there is no discrepancy of tense:
"wird gezählt" is present passive
the future (passive) would be "wird gezählt werden"

ah yes, I always find this curious in German. It's unnatural to me. Thank you for the explanation.
