Should be either simply "as fresh as a daisy" or "very fresh, like a daisy." The second is more accurate to what I assume is the intended translation, but is also potentially less natural sounding.
The (unowned) Japanese says "Her dance was very ___." (lively, energetic, ...)
彼女の踊りはとても生き生きしていた。
Somehow, using "fresh as a daisy" to describe a dance seems wrong to me.
