If the translation matches, then this fine, IMO.
I think people mostly would say "keeps" rather than "has"
Either: "she has a* secret"
Or: "she keeps* it secret"
Guybrush88: Give us an Italian translation.
The French says "hiding a secret" which is also possible in English.
I just adopted it and it seems more logical to me "She has a secret".
