Yes, good catch, eighty-one should be hyphenated. I've just made the change now.

A "fox's wedding" is a direct translation of the Japanese phrase キツネの嫁入り, which I believe is the best translation in this instance since one of the speakers is unfamiliar with the meaning of the phrase and must have it explained to them.
