It is very important to the understanding of the English sentence that it is understood that /second/ cousin is emphasised. As there is no ability to alter fonts in Tatoeba that leaves us with *pseudo-bold*, /pseudo-italic/, _pseudo-underline_ or CAPITALS.
No, that's a completely different case.
Incidentally, the reason why the emphasis is needed is that the speaker is agreeing with how hot the person in question is. /Second/ cousin apparently being 範囲内 for him.
