Something weird is going on here.

Sentence 371617 is /left aligned/ and 340401 is /right aligned/ (when I copy them both into another program). This is why the two have not been automerged. One of the two should probably be deleted.

:D and all this time I thought Tatoeba did not support right aligned text :P

I'm guessing we delete the right aligned sentence (because It's not mine :P jk)...It might give sysko a headache since his working on fixing this issue

I guess one has some sort of invisible control character in the text.

my point is that most arabic sentences on Tatoeba are already left aligned. I'm guessing that having right aligned sentences would just complicate sysko's job.

yep there is an invisible characters, it's the unicode characters to say the text align is reverse
but this was a "hack" when I was trying to find how to fix the "right to left" languages
but now I've found a better and smarter way to fix this (saeb, it's the way you've tested on the blue and funny tatoeba)

OK, that has (hopefully) removed the mysterious control character and now it should be deleted by the duplicate removal script next time it runs.

lookin' cool as a moderator, paul...editing and deleting other people's sentences 'n all...so can you shoot laser out of your fingers (yet)? :P
