Perhaps there's no problem, but these English sentences don't really have the same meaning, so I wanted to check to make sure they both should remain linked.

My house was on fire.

My house went up in flames.
"Went up in flames" implies the house was completely destroyed. "On fire" doesn't have this meaning.
They both render the Hebrew perfectly.
