
This is a rather odd sounding sentence.

It's in the context of a mine.

I guessed as much, but unless they're on strike won't they produce ore anyway? The Japanese also looks odd. The use of 人間 makes it look like some kind of proverb or saying.

It's uttered by a manager to treat the workers better.

Maybe "Treat men well and the ore will come." ? I think it sounds more like the Japanese.
