Decir «amigos de nosotros» no es incorrecto. Tal vez te suene raro porque el español que hablo es el que se usa en la región paisa de Colombia. Las oraciones que proponés son equivalentes.

Desafortunadamente Tatoeba usa banderas de naciones para identificar idiomas. En el caso del español, por ejemplo, los estudiantes de español como lengua extranjera podrían pensar que todas las oraciones con la bandera de España son «español de España».

Tal vez sería bueno incluir en Tatoeba alguna forma de indicar no solo el idioma sino también las regiones en las que una entrada se considera aceptable.

Esto sería muy difícil ya que los hablantes individuales no siempre saben en qué regiones se consideran aceptables (o no) sus expresiones.
Yo, a menudo no me doy cuenta de que estoy usando un "Austriacismo".
