No, it already has the sentence-final punctuation sign ။ (two vertical lines). It's the only one for the end of sentences in Burmese, there is no question or exclamation mark.

It is interesting, and pleasant, to note that punctuation has not yet been totally unified across the globe, and that still some other traditions remain. ☺
