enteka, ¿será correcta la traducción de saeb de "Stand up!" ("¡Párate!")?
¿la frase en árabe significa ambas cosas?

The Arabic means (in German) "Halt!".

Eldad tiene razón, significa las dos cosas: ¡Levántate! y ¡Alto! (y ¡Párate!).
Por cierto, قف también se ve en las señales de tráfico, aquí te dejo una foto:

Así que otra traducción al inglés podría ser "Stop!".
